We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Marketing Accountant Executive to support the marketing team by managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role will work closely with both the Marketing and Finance teams to ensure marketing activities are properly recorded and aligned with the company’s financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control marketing budgets and expenses.

• Record and track all marketing-related financial transactions.

• Prepare marketing expense reports and budget utilization reports.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign budgets and cost planning.

• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to marketing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Assist in financial analysis of marketing campaigns and ROI tracking.

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting related to marketing expenses.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience supporting marketing budgets is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
