Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Involve in any marketing activities such as exhibition, open house, etc.
  • Support the Head Teacher and other team members for all internal events, PSG committee organization and yearbook.
  • Answering phone calls for the school inquiry and following up
  • Reply viber/whatsapp messages from the parents
  • In-charge for the Facebook and Page messenger reply
  • Arrange the school visit and show around the school.
  • Explain about the school fees, textbooks fees, lunch cost and CCAs cost to the parents and coordinate with the finance team about the new students
  • Updating the sale information sheet
  • Warm lead checks up weekly
  • Maintaining a marketing database
  • Work closely with sales and marketing department and assist with the implementation of school events/activities as needed
  • Support the work of marketing directed at maximizing company profits by assisting with the development of marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Provide school administrative support to the marketing and sales team
  • Understand company product and brand
  • Other related duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with Certificate in Marketing
  • 2 years working experience with related field
  • Age between 20 to
  • Can use Microsoft office and Email
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learning
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in school industry
  • Able to communicate affectively using the English 4 skills
  • Able to travel to NayPyiTaw and Taunggyi as required
