We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help grow the LYF active wear brand through marketing campaigns, community engagement, influencer collaborations, events, and retail store promotions. The ideal candidate is organized, passionate about marketing, and eager to bring new ideas to life.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand activations
• Work closely with the content team to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule

Community Management

• Develop ideas to engage and grow the LYF community
• Plan and execute community initiatives, challenges, surveys, and loyalty activities
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience

Influencer & Partnership Management

• Source and communicate with influencers, creators, and brand partners
• Coordinate PR gifting, collaborations, and campaign deliverables

Event Management

• Lead in organizing offline events, pop-ups, community gatherings, product launches, and fitness-related activities
• Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and event execution
  
  Retail Store Marketing
   
• Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches for the retail store
• Develop strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness for the store
• Coordinate in-store events, activations, and seasonal promotions
• Work closely with the retail team to ensure a consistent customer experience across online and offline channels

Website & Marketing Support

• Support website campaigns and product launches
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators for marketing materials
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Market Research

• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior
• Propose new campaign ideas and marketing opportunities
