Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities

Actively seeking out new sales and leasing opportunities through calling, networking and social media
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales management seniors
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English, Chinese is bonus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Any graduate
Age between 20 to 30 years old preferable
Fluent in Burmese and fair in English/Chinese
Fresh graduate are welcomed, 2 years or more of sales experience is an advantage
Build-up networks and contacts in real estate industry
