Job Description

As part of the Official Account team, the Marketing Specialist’s role is to raise Official Account’s awareness and drive traffic. This person will be in contact with cross-functional teams and technical liaison necessary to manage campaigns and carry out day-to-day operations utilising in-app assets and KBZPay’s social media slots.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with graphic designer, marketing team and relevant technical teams for end to end delivery of multiple marketing plans
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and new marketing initiatives for Official Account
  • Prepare weekly slides and ad-hoc post mortem reports on marketing plans
  • Forecast marketing plan projections and analyze market behavior from time to time
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends
  • Drive official account’s traffic funnel (KPI: views, users)
    • In-app assets: Prepare and follow up asset allocation such as banners, splash screen and push notifications
    • Social media assets: Work with marketing for execution of social media slots

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience at a tech company is preferred
  • Highly creative
  • Intermediate in Excel
  • Flexibility in interacting with people
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
