- Arranges meetings with potential customers and providing solutions & quotations to customers- Conducts market research to understand customer requirements and business opportunities- Provides feedback received from customers through customer survey and one-to-one interviews to support product development & enhance service performance.- Maintains and strengthen relationship with existing and potential customers- Reviews own performance by evaluating visit plans, action plans, target reports to meet or exceed monthly sales targets- Ensures a consistency of service quality by following standard operating procedures and driving organizations quality improvement initiatives, in order to continually delight customers.

Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed or University degree or similar qualification in business management or related field.- At least 1 years’ experience in sales & marketing (experience in hospital or healthcare industry is preferable).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration. between team members to achieve in an effective outcome.
