Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Oversee all MEP systems, including the RO water system, water storage system, fire prevention system, generator, and plumbing system.
• Ensure building maintenance is up to date and compliant with JCI Facility Management and Safety standards
• Manage M&E repair work to be within the budget
• Implement PPM for all MEP items, including the RO, generator, AC, and PABX system.
• Prepare daily reports related to PPM and CM task

Job Requirements

 • B.E/ B- Tech/ A.G.T.I (Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Minimum (1) year of experience in the engineering field
• Good communication skills & computer literacy
