Prepare and develop detailed MEP drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software.

Work closely with MEP Engineers to translate design intent and calculations into technical drawings.

Create coordinated 3D models integrating architectural and structural elements to identify and resolve clashes.

Maintain and update MEP documentation throughout all design phases (concept, design development, and construction).

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines.

Assist in quantity take-offs, schedules, and equipment layouts.

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure proper integration of systems.

Participate in project coordination meetings and support design revisions as required.

Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and as-built documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

More than 5 years of experience in MEP drafting or design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).

Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and their spatial requirements.

Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, NEC, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience with BIM Level 2 projects.
