Review/discuss the designs with professional designers to produce the design more economically/safely and effectively.
Coordinate the MEP design with Design Consultant and MEP main con for Commercial Building
Manage/monitor MEP material quantity and MEP material QA and QC.
Manage/monitor MEP system document control (inspection, T&C and handover)
Attend MEP technical meetings as required and produce meeting minutes accordingly.
Solving the site matter with other trades.
Analyzing the completed work done % and confirmation to MEP-QS for the submitted payment claim by contractors
Monitor project schedule and oversee performance to ensure for work completion in time with quality
Monitor the start-up of MEP systems, testing & commissioning.
Plan/coordinate MEP system handover for the maintenance schedule with Operation team and Specialist.
Prepare/Compile the MEP As-Built Drawings/Warranty Documents/Manual/ Training Documents which are provided by Contractors for hand over to Operation Team for future operational purposes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years in Construction/ MEP Work with relevant experience
B.E (Mechanical/ Electrical) from an Accredited University/College (or)
Diploma from Vocational training school
Overall knowledge of the nature of project and working flow.
Relevant and appropriate experience in MEP Engineer roles (in specialized field) within reputable Developer/Contractor Company
Familiar with MEP Major Equipment and all related system
Understanding of Compliance, Standard Codes, Rules and Regulations related to MEP Design and System
Understanding of MEP design and follow up the changes during the construction time
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Strong knowledge of building civil and structure work
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Ability to make effective and work control before, during the project construction work.
Ability to manage and monitor the site progress until the project closing time
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Ability to do work inspection/ Quality Assurance and Quality Control
