Mining managers plan, oversee and coordinate all mining related production activities including physical and human resources and budgets.
The work is often in an office, with regular travel to mining sites. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree Holder A.G.T.I. (Mining) or B.E. (Mining).
Not less than 5 years experiences in Mining Industries and holding the similar position.
Must be proficient in Open Cut Mining Method, Underground Mining Method, Ventilation and Mine Supporting
Experiences in handling Mining operation well and good knowledge of the technical requirements.
Development of all mine operations expense and capital budgets, including workforce planning.
Work on a team to procurement all mine equipment and develop maintenance agreements.
Support development and design of all mine operations infrastructure – includes blasting explosives plant, mine dispatch infrastructure, as well as drainage and dewatering facilities.
Develop operations processes to support mine planning, ore quality and grade control programs as well as production forecasting.
Monitor, performance manage, grow and develop all contractor, as well as ensure process are adhered to ensure a capable and competent mine maintenance workforce.
Review progress and cost tracking reports and make corrections to execution as required.
Investigate incidents, near misses, damage or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Candidate must be fit enough to travel as per business need, excellent upon short notice excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) English. (Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing).
Must be able to work under pressure.
