Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for User Support, Microsoft 365 and assist to the operation of Azure AD, Servers (On-premises, Cloud), Network and other system development progress.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third party vendors, if appropriate).
• Follow up to continue with system fine tunings and modifications, prepare and maintain system documentations, user manual and keep up system security tools to safeguard applications environment while supporting system.
• Test and evaluate new technology.

Requirements:

• IT related bachelor degree with at least 3 years experiences in IT infrastructure field.
• MCSA or MCSE certification is preferable
• Knowledge and experience with PC Hardware & MS Windows / Server Platform, LAN, Routers, Wireless is a must.
• Experienced in installation, configuration, migration, upgrading of PCs, Printers, OS,
• Software and IT related peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Security, VMWare Virtualization and Office 365 Administration are must.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve IT problems with minimum supervision.
• Able to provide IT related problems to users in daily operation.
• Ethical minded, professional, resilience and responsible.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Service Oriented skills.
