We are pleased to announce the following job openings for our new Hygiene Products Factory. Qualified and experienced candidates are invited to apply.

1. Production Supervisor (1 Post)

Responsibilities:

• To manage daily production activities, manpower allocation, shift control, and productivity targets.

• Monitor product quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams.

• Prepare production reports and manpower planning

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG/Hygiene products preferred)

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

2. Electrical Supervisor (1 Post)

Responsibilities:

• To handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure machine uptime and safety compliance.

• Ensure proper operation of electrical systems and machinery.

• Maintain electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant factory experience

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems

3. Mechanical Supervisor (1 Post)

Responsibilities:

• To oversee mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules, and quick response to breakdowns.

• Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair of production machinery.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in factory machinery maintenance

• Knowledge of hygiene or FMCG production lines is an advantage

4. Production Operator (2 Posts)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines according to SOPs.

• Ensure product quality and workplace cleanliness.

• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High School education or above

• Factory experience preferred (training will be provided)

• Willingness to work shifts and learn
