To carry out works related of all government departments in Yangon including to apply import health certificate in FDA and import license in trade department. Job Description Create and maintain good relationships with all government departments for import documents and registration and renewal and agreement etc. Check and summit FDA to apply import health certificate from Ygn to NPT, and request FDA charges to Yangon. Coordination & checking the FDA approval and pending cases weekly Withdraw cash and timely deposits to the bank and sending back to Yangon with daily received voucher Handle multiple projects and also work independently Well maintain of the procurement process documents for internal audit purpose Doing some Naypyidaw office’s duties daily or weekly or monthly Ad hoc duties assigned by Management and BODs.

Attain high numerical distribution via well effective program execution. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the assigned product categories. Responsible for managing the Sale team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and expanding ting company’s business. Support implementation of marketing plans/activities Execute tasks to support implementation of marketing plans/programs/activities as directed by marketing manager Complete assigned tasks for effective, branded marketing communications including the social media platform, print communication, and advertising Assist with the coordination of promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) Collect data for measurement and reporting of performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs Support market research and report findings to marketing Compile and report financial information for Budget review and reporting monthly Coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to the procurement and production of marketing material (e.g., POSM, brochures, signage) and other promotional items Coordinate with Sampling team, Sales team and warehouse team on materials allocation and distribution to respective branch office and sales teams Work closely with sampling team and employees in other functions such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution Compile reports on competitive activity based on reports received from sales team and other personnel Produce reports highlighting key insights and trends on website traffic, advertising ROI, customer demographic, and competitors Support other data collection, business reporting and ad hoc tasks as directed by marketing manager
