Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring Power Status of IGT Sites through the RMS System
  • Escalating Critical, Major & Minor alarms to Vendors NOC & In-house team
  • Preparing NOC Shift Reports (Outages, Fuel Related Issues, Escalation Report etc...)
  • Supervising on Vendor NOC teams & minimizing outages & ETA, ETR provided from vendors.
  • Checking, Validating & Replying to all kinds of incident emails from customers (Operators) & Vendors
  • Reporting critical incidents to the Shift Lead & concern O&M RM and NOC Manager, then strictly following the instruction to solve the incident.
  • Site Access Control by checking standard HSE requirements & Colocation Team’s standard policy.
  • Receiving & responding the calls from customers & vendors (Field Tech, Landlord, construction & O&M vendors, etc...) through IGT Hotline Numbers
  • Timely updating about site down, ICU Escalation, critical alarms in social communication channels (WhatsApp, Viber & Line App, etc...)

Job Requirements

  • Must Have English 4 skills
  •  Prefereed bachelor's degree in engineering/ technilogy or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in TOC/NOC field (Passive NOC Preferred).
  • Good in excel, word, and Office Tools
  • Able to make judgments under ambiguougs condidtion
  • Ability to multitask on multiple support cases as required
