Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Alarm monitoring, classification, and 1st level troubleshooting for Core Network nodes and escalating to 2nd level support or other entities if needed
  • Monitoring graphs related to overall network performance
  • Classifying and accordingly escalating alarms to Back Office team
  • Performing regular health checks on Core Network nodes to ensure the performance and stability of the network
  • Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages and incidents
  • Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.
  • Responsible for sending out notification SMSs for major outages

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma: B.Sc Engineering, and engineering in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years NOC front office (Core) experience.
  • Can work with shift assign
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
