Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations for required sustainable improvement. To suggest guidelines to other team members for their civil work procedures.        
To liaise with internal teams (other departments), vendors, suppliers for renovation and construction projects.        
To plan the project, establish the criteria, coordinate project review, ensure proper implementation of detailed design drawings & layouts for project proposals        
To conduct cost planning, bidding procedures (RFP), payment and project  management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from the inception to post completion.         
To manage the building analysis and structrual requirements of existing office buildings.        
To create construction delivery contract with its corresponding rules & regulations        
To lead the technical judgement for upcoming issues and urgent case, inspection and progress report
To monitor all the project progress and control both on site and remote control by application (viber group)        
To ensure and confirm the discrepencies, quality of materials and services provided by vendors    
To conduct all assigned tasks for repairing work from all Headquarter Offices, Yangon Region, State & Region projects         
To arrange project meeting with team members and contractors as and when required basis         
To monitor HQ maintenance work of Aiconditioner, Genset, Door Access and other OFM's periodical works including compound cleaning and landscaping work.          
To mentor new employee and share the experience by working together for assigned prjoects    
To do additional ad-hoc responsibiites as assigned by management    
Able to apply strongly construction knowledge & practices fully on current duty assignment         
Good in negotitaion and arbitration skills        
Good to reduce project design costs and more profittable considering value engineering        
Able to estimate project cost and budget in time         
Good in maintenance of exisitng building structrual strength judgement        
Capable in quality project controls for upcoming contractual disputes        
Good in controlling quality project performance and problem solving         
Good in monitoring judgement project status

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Civil Engineering 
Good in Computer Aided Design Engineering Softwares (Auto CAD-2D, 3D, ISO, Revit, Sketchup) 
Good in Civil Work Quantity Surveying and Project Management Ceritificate
Good in Building Structrual Analysis Tools (E Tabs & Safe)
Knowledge in Construction Contract Creating based on FIDIC (Red Book)
Good in Microsoft Office Tools
Nearly 3 to 6 years of both on site and management experience in construction, renovation, decoration and retrofitting work of social infrastructures (Residentials, Schools, Office Buildings, Public Buildings)
