An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Overseeing/preparing reports of trademark and patent specification/applications for clients
• Providing opinions, advice, and analytical responses to client and potential client requests
• Preparing reports on estimated costs of legal activities
• Updating data, files, and other related information on trademarks and patents
• Following up with Department of Intellectual Property on trademark and patent applications
• Operating document filing systems, and performing other tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (English major is preferable)
• Experience in document filing systems would be a plus
• 3 – 5 years of administration work experiences is an advantage
• Good command of English with a minimum TOEIC score of 700
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
