ROLE PURPOSE  

• To develop, implement and maintain the core banking system and related applications.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Act as a team member, a software developer on development and implementation of core banking solutions and payment solutions.  

• Will participate with the team responsible for all processing and operations on the core banking system and related applications. 

• Writing and implementing efficient code 

• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications 

• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. 

• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects. 

• Testing and deploying programs and applications 

• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software. 

• Will be delivered within deadlines. 

• Adopt to learn new tech. 

• Ensures Technology policies, procedures, and processes are followed and documented to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality products and adherence to regulatory guidance.

Experience

• 4 years and above experience working as a Core banking supporting or programmer. 

• Experienced in Apps/services and API integration. 

• Experienced in Reporting and data extraction processes. 

• SQL query optimizing and data model creating process. 

• Experienced in full-stack development. 

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT related field. 

Knowledge

• Have a working knowledge of banking products. 

• Experienced in bank account flow. 

• Experienced in Programming such C#, Java, ASP.net.\ 

• Knowledge in rest API and soap webservice. 

• Knowledge with SAP Crystal Report. 

• Knowledge of databases such MSSQL, Oracle, MYSQL.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. 

• Experienced of Spring boot framework. 

• Git version control tools. 

• Data structure knowledge. 

• Knowledge of Maven. 

• Knowledge in micro-services development. 

Language

• Will communicate (oral and written) skill both in Myanmar and English.
