Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

    • Liaise with the Sales Team to identify geographic areas
    • Analyse manpower utility and suggest how manpower can be maximised so that pest control operation is kept fully occupied
    • Ensure that any equipment that is not working is immediately need to inform Admin to repair
    • Offer suggestions on how Operations efficiency can be improved and costs reduced
    • Manage multiple teams of PCOs and Operations Staff
    • Train and oversee work done by any junior Operations Coordinators / Executives
    • Allocate work and responsibility for individual Operations Coordinators / Executives depending on Clients (i.e., MC, GP, Soil) and Regions
    • Dealing and attending with any complaints that clients have appropriately and follow up on any necessary action
    • Train both field staff and office staff on Pest Control Knowledge regularly via classes and workshops
    • Checking the draft report prepare by Ops coordinator/Executive that need to be given to clients (i.e., Rodent Reports, Housekeeping reports, Structural defects Reports)
    • Arrange the regular auditing of all major clients. Coordinate with QA for preparation reports and send to clients
    • Conducting installation of new large/important clients (i.e., factories, large buildings, special cases etc.)
    • Auditing technician team’s skills, service procedure Coordinate with QA
    • Deal with any complaints that clients have appropriately and follow up on any necessary action
    • Maintain client data (i.e., changes in frequencies, pests, address, contact details etc…)
    • Keep track of PCO’s behaviour (i.e., number of complaints received etc…)
    • Reply to any client questions promptly (i.e., 24 hours)
    • Ensure that resources (manpower, vehicles, equipment etc. are deployed in the most optimal manner)
    • Manage major clients appropriately
    • Attend to any complaints or site inspections or site overseeing with PCOs (where appropriate)
    • Attend monthly clients meeting
    • Clients’ orientation to Major clients
    • Monitor daily operations activities, scheduling & manpower
    • Travelling around the place for checking outstation teams when necessary
    • Prepare monthly reports to the General Manager, Managing Director
    • Attend client audit meeting and checking the necessary reports/documents before audit (ISO, HACCP, SFS)
    • Conduct yearly site assessment for major client when necessary
    • Coordinate with survey team and advise for site set up

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Must have strong knowledge in Integrated Pest Management.
  • Understand key service parameters
  • Treatment methodology
  • Advanced biology of main general pests and also rare pests such as storage beetles, snakes etc.
  • Chemicals – their active ingredients, dilutions, application, special features
  • Understand chemical required based on areas
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience at related industry.
  • High level of initiative 
  • Problem solving skills and people management skillsReport writing skills in English and required speaking skills in EnglishProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications,Communication skills, promptness and efficiency, Attention to detail
