• Overall responsible for the overall planning, monitoring and control for business unit , to support and coordinate for Financial closed in timely, to get the company’s right and Optimum such as Targeted EIRR, Premium, LNG Supply, Sub con and O&M, to control and monitoring on Budget, Quality, Timeline until to COD, To protect and prevent on STCL’s & BU's interests.

• To be responsible for control and monitoring on Budget, Quality, Timeline until to COD

• Monitor/manage risks

• Collaborates with the Senior Management team to develop and implement plans for the Projects

• Be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s Operations Strategy and the ownership

• Devise investment strategies to achieve Real’s strategic objectives

• Managing partner relationships (including reporting) and to control & monitoring the JV company and stakeholders

• Develop processes and data systems to enable effective analysis, estimation and decisionmaking

• Develop and inspire a team to implement the strategy and to achieve objectives and targets

• Mentor staff to ensure personal and organizational development

• maintain the appropriate business control policies and procedures for the Company

• Develop positive and value-added relationship with investors in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering and increasing shareholder value.

• Analyze and recommend the solution and strategy of financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues and related matters that impact the business.

• Coordinate and review annual business plan and quarterly forecast process for the Company (if any);

• Identify areas for process improvement of strategic planning process, the annual, quarterly, and monthly rhythm of business by designing, creating, and providing in-depth business analytics

• Provide value add analysis to offer qualified points of view to facilitate decision-making and business planning

 • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution for operational team, including the management and tracking of KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role ideally with evidence of achievement of objectives, budgets and KPI's, tangible margin improvement and continual improvement.
• Have over 10 years’ experience working in Energy and Power Sector or MNC., Consolidated experience in Investment Management, senior Investment Analyst role
• Bachelor’s Degree with substantial management experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Demonstrate experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance and developing budgets
