1. Provide guidance and direction to operations support team, in resolving operational issues and monitor daily workflows to ensure operational needs are met
2. Need to recruit employees for retail shops and handling for resign or termination process 
3. Overseeing for new shop manager on board training, and support training for sale staff such as customer service training and SOPs training.
4. Solving shops insufficient staff issue in time: by arranging part time replacement or transfer staff shops by shops etc.
5. Lead and support to open a new retail shop (might need to travel regional depend on shop location)  
6. Support in purchasing and communicate with external service company for shops daily operations requirement: shopping bag, uniform, stationary, IT related, shop maintenance etc.
7. Assist in rental payment negotiation and communication with center leasing department
8. Audit check shop visit on weekly basis ensure understanding and subsequent implementation and improvement at the support level  
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
10. Internal: Directly report to operations manager, and work closely with other departments such as sale operations team, HR, Finance, and shop employees of shops.

11. External: Leasing department, IT outsource company, decoration company, suppliers

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, Decision making, Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the specific department.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations.
Work well under Pressure and deadline.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.
