Job Description

Purpose of the role

Responsible for facilitating the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) process and Good Received Note (GRN) generation for all operational sectors, particularly for Tower and Power materials and services. The role plays a key part in supporting the Budget & Cost Control Manager by ensuring cost-related procurement operations are carried out accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal policies.

 

Main Duties:

  • Facilitate and verify PR creation for both material and service purchases in the AMS system
  • Review quotations thoroughly to ensure accuracy in amount, delivery terms and dates, payment terms, quantity, and technical specifications
  • Ensure item code and item name are correctly matched in the system before PR submission
  • Handle and prioritize urgent PR requests with accuracy and within the required timelines
  • Coordinate the GRN process for service Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Conduct cross-verification of Payment Terms, FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate), MRN (Material Received Note), and quantities prior to GRN creation to maintain accuracy and proper documentation
  • Update the daily PR-PO tracker with the latest information on all requisitions and orders
  • Distribute the updated tracker to relevant operations teams
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and operational teams to facilitate smooth PR and GRN processes
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Budget & Cost Control Manager, including tracking cost data, supporting budget reviews, and assisting with procurement documentation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement operations, purchasing support, or cost control
  • Familiarity with any ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
