Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop, review, and track the internal projects with senior management 
  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and engage in project activities 
  • Plan risk area mapping, risk analysis and credit scoring.
  • Be accountable for the smooth planning, organizing and implementation of the overall project from design inception to completion and ensure projects are delivered on time 
  • Define key KPIs to be tracked by immediate superior within projects and ensures proper close-out of all projects and prioritization for strategic projects 
  • Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future. 
  • To evaluate and update the Branch Area Risk Maps  
  • Undertake any assigned tasks from supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Must have minimum 3 years of experiences in risk management, fraud management and operational management in financial industry (MFI or Bank).
  • Good experience in risk area mapping, risk analysis and credit scoring.
  • Good analytical skill and able to work multitask.
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in both English and Myanmar 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good initiator who can work proactively with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.
