Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. In recruitment, job specifications must be announced online and offline (labor office and other places where announcements can be made) and internal recruitment announcements must be made.
  2. In order to appoint employees according to the Organization Structure and Manpower Plan, arrangements must be made to obtain Employee Requisition Forms from department heads.
  3. Interview appointment must be made for First and Second Interviews and reported back to HR & Admin Head.
  4. Making sure that interviewees fill out the Employee Application and arrangements must be made for the interview.
  5. Conducting Employee Duty Report on the day the appointed employees work and arrangements must be made for making the New Employee Checklist.
  6. Support the HR & Admin Executive's needs in order to issue probation period and permanent appointment letters of the employees.
  7. The Employee Probation Review Forms required for the appointment of trainee/probationary employees as permanent employees must be arranged and submitted to the HR & Admin Executive before the end of the term.
  8. Arrange and Lead to fill up the daily attendance record and download the weekly Finger print attendance record and share to each department head and senior management team.
  9. Arrange and Lead to prepare the monthly all department attendance list to support the salary calculation.
  10. Lead and arrange to calculate the daily, weekly and monthly Overtime list of all department. And then share the list to department head and Senior Management team.
  11. Prepare the Overtime apply list to submit the government labor office, and then take a approval from HR Head and submit the apply letter with necessary documents to Labor office by Weekly and Monthly.
  12. Lead and arrange to pay the SSB charges to Government office by Monthly.
  13. Ensure to arrange to announce the daily leave information to Management Team Group.
  14. Ensure to arrange to announce the daily CCTV Record, Security Activities Record, Finger print Machine references to Management Team Group. If have any error of CCTV and finger print machine to corporate with Engineering team to repair it.
  15. Ensure to manage the daily security team management system as per the procedures. And then prepare the monthly and yearly report for Senior Management team.
  16. Ensure to lead Pest control management system with supplier and internal team. And then share the weekly and monthly report to Senior Management Team.
  17. Fill out the information in the annual Employee Healthy Record Format of the employees to be always updated and records must be kept.
  18. Annual medical checkup of employees; medical checkup as needed; immunization activities will be carried out as per the instructions of HR & Admin Executive.
  19. In order to sign labor and employer agreement contracts on time, the instructions of the HR & Admin Executive must be followed. Delivering contracts to employees and keeping records at the HR Department.
  20. Purchasing materials, stationary, PPE, and other equipment for the departments must be done.
  21. Systematic transfer of items purchased by department and record keeping shall be done as directed by HR & Admin Executive.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Bachelor Degree related Advanced HRM Diploma preferred.
  2. Minimum (2) Years experiences in Senior Management fields.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar.
  4. Have Knowledge of relevant HR and Admin policies and procedures.
  5. Good knowledge of HR and Admin Strategy, Planning, analyzing, researching, surveying skill as standard.
  6. Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
  7. Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  8. Proficient in English and computer skills.
