RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point of contact for all communications with patients about Patient Support Programs (PSP) and Special Access Scheme Eligibility Program (SAS).
  • Ensure all data processing is tracked in the database ensuring data integrity & confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with Drug Safety Unit regarding Pharmacovigilance Management.
  • Process & QMS documentation and well coordination in the event of internal/external audit inspections.
  • Ensure the completion of the required documents according to the process and maintained.
  • Management of the Special Access Scheme Eligibility Program (SAS).
  • Data Analysis on Prescriber Report.
  • Reporting to the line manager and Access Manager weekly & monthly basis.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Any Degree holder from Medical related field (prefer B. Pharm)
  • Practical experience in relevant field.
  • Understanding of Customer Service & Complaint Handling
  • Prefer awareness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written).
