  • Maintaining accuracy in all financial reporting procedures
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial statements and payment transactions
  • Undertaking reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Negotiating payment terms with vendors and suppliers
  • Supervise the dayto-day operations of the Accounts Payable team.
  • Ensure full adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with management instruction and guidelines.
  • Process supplier invoices of receipt by Accounts Payable
  • To handle the day to day job performance of the cash and manage the payable activities.
  • Ensure payable activites with ibanking transactions.
  • To do for additional jobs and responsibilities if needed.

Job Requirements

-B.com or Any bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Age between (25) to (40)
-Minimum 3 years experience in relevent position.

- At least LCCI level (3) (prefer ACCA/CPA (Ongoing))
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word is required

- must have Accounting Software using experience
-Strong Financial analysis skills
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
