Job Description

The role holder is responsible to process and record KBZ client’s payroll.

  • Perform payroll operations for business employers, organizations, associations and to their employees
  • Analyze the payroll information given from KBZ clients to ensure employees are paid on time and accurately.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Execute payroll reconciliation prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Compose and construct pay orders through electronic system
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from KBZ clients in person or via phone and mail
  • Prepare Operation SOP & User manuals documentations

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
  • Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Administrative Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to command in both English and Myanmar.
  • Willing to work long hour and shift during payroll period.
