A Great Opportunity for ...

- Arrange the whole process of the travelling plan such as air ticket (domestic & international), hotel booking, Offsite meeting of Executive Management trip plans.
-Arrange the meeting schedule, an appointment with a business partner for CEO and registration for social network event and other related arrangements, assist to his personal affair and requirements.
-Manage CEO’s calendar for his meeting and appointment to avoid conflict.
-Involve staff welfare programs, annual staff party, and monthly event under guideline of Management.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years experiences in related field.
- Must be communicate in English.
- Can work independently & proven ability in under pressure.
