• Bachelor’s Degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.

• Relevant qualifications such as an Early Childhood Care and Development Certificate is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international school environment, working with the same age group.

• Knowledge of current curriculum developments in the subject and their implications is essential.

• Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices is necessary.

• Demonstrated understanding of how children learn and how to raise standards of achievement.

• Motivated and proactive in assisting children to address and resolve their problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are indispensable.

• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as in Myanmar is mandatory.

• Deep knowledge and understanding of current educational philosophy are highly valued.

• Strong team player with initiative and motivation.

• Ability to establish and maintain professional standards and relationships with students.

• Contribution towards creating a safe and protective environment is expected.
