The principal will serve as the academic and administrative leader of AKI Centre, responsible for:

  • Developing strategic plans and institutional goals aligned with the AKI Centre’s mission
  • Overseeing GED, soft skills, and vocational program curriculum development
  • Monitoring student achievement and teacher performance
  • Managing budgeting, staff recruitment, and resource allocation
  • Building partnerships with local businesses and engaging with stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with national education regulations and safety standards
  • Leading innovation through workshops, new teaching methodologies, and higher education initiatives

Male/Female

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Education Management or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an educational leadership or academic management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Sound understanding of Myanmar’s education system and vocational training landscape
  • Age between 35 and 50 years old
