We are looking for English Lecturers both native and local for full-time and part-time roles

  • Prepare and conduct lessons (in English Language) according to the course syllabus
  • Set and mark continuous assessment and examination
  • Provide academic guidance and regular feedback to students for continuous improvement
  • Ensure that the academic processes are being followed
  • Use modern teaching methods and educational technology
  • Ensure a positive and disciplined classroom environment
  • Support extracurricular academic activities, workshops when required
  • Participate in departmental meetings as Required

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or Ph.D in English and education
  • TESOL, Applied Linguists, Education or English Degrees preferred
  • CELTA, TESOL or TEFL certification that included some form of observed teaching practice
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English Language Programmes (ESL/EFL) for adults
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and classroom management abilities
