The role responsible for leading and managing UCL product support team and QA team.

• Overseeing the daily operations of product team as well as participating as an active member of the team.
• Managing, leading and training activities to support products and services.
• Identifying product issues, problems, and opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner
• Recording and tracking team SLAs and workflows
• Leading the testing team to make sure smooth product delivery and meets with business requirements.
• Building test cases and test plans for the new products roll out
• Making user manual and necessary supporting documents for the training of internal stakeholders
• Coaching and motivating team member; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates works assignments considering team skills and development needs.
• Working closely with call enter, operation team, technology, core team, KBZPay UAT team and other third parties vendor.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Ensuring to solve the issues and complaint within SLA
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking functional.
• Strong knowledge of Lending Products and interest calculation
• Strong ability to multi-task efficiently under time pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly

• Proven experience in managing a service and support focused team culture,

  Core banking functional especially for lending area

• New product development process

• Proven work experience as a product (3+ years of experience in a related area).
