This role holder will responsible to provides business requirement gathering, product designing, training, and support on the business development for a new business unit at KBZ bank. The scope of the roles includes gathering of business requirements for development of new products, definition of product attributes, pricing strategy, and coordination with sales for sell sheets, and launch programs on targeted segments. This role holder will also have responsibilities managing customer expectations and experience through multiple channels, and making sure that the new business is ahead of the market. This role will include direct interaction with a broad range of technical and business personnel throughout the organization.
Lead and effectively executes the Value Center / Function’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion.
To ensure product specifications are accurate and up-to-date then communicate to development, procurement, marketing and sales of changes
Gathering Business requirement and definition of product attributes in conjunction with product team
To provide regular status reporting to head of unit
To handle pricing strategy development
To analyze the impact pricing strategy development
To build strong working relationships with operations, product, and technology to succeed in delivery
To coordinate with Sales & Marketing for product catalogs, new products, sell sheets, and launch programs on targeted segments
To review yearly sales/ margin of products.
To execute/communicate go-forward plan to all parties
To ensure accurately complete business requirements and all related documents; communicate to development, procurement, marketing and sales.
To identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
To provide business training & Sales support
To propose potential business ideas by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
To develop market position by examining risks and potentials
To work closely with products team to come up with new products
To work closely with products team to come up with workflows and implementing them
Job Requirements
• 4 skills in English & Myanmar (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree desired. Post Graduate Business degree, or certificate is preferable.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests effectively
• Proven ability to work well both as an individual and part of a team
• KPI Oriented
• Highly effective business communications skills (verbal and written)
• Sharing knowledge across the organization and building a culture of knowledge sharing
• Fair and transparent decision making; calculated risk-taking
• Able to work independently
• 5+ years of Business development experience
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project and Visio
• A general grasp of Banking and Finance industry knowledge
