Reporting to the BU Head, the Product Manager is tasked with translating our overarching strategic vision and business requirements into a digital-focused product roadmap and spearheading its implementation. In this role, you will drive operational excellence and oversee change management processes to kickstart and prioritize project initiatives. With ultimate accountability for product success, you will ensure optimal product performance and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team comprising category specialists, business partners, developers, and external stakeholders within an agile environment. Together, we aim to propel our digital roadmap forward, catering to the needs of our customers, potential content creators and businesses.

• Lead effective planning, change management, and operational excellence for all stakeholders, including developers and business development teams
• Manage product operations, ensuring peak performance and user experience, while collaborating closely with community specialists
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, partnering with internal and external developers for feature implementation
• Develop and enhance product functionality to provide added value for partners and users
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for official accounts and chat, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Spearhead the development of new features from concept to launch, overseeing the entire digital product design lifecycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with migration goals.
• Implement rigorous testing processes to uphold product quality and reliability, working closely with QA teams to promptly address issues.
• Drive the development and integration of innovative chat features to enrich user engagement and experience

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Development
• Experience in business planning, IT, and software management
• Strong proficiency in English and Burmese; proficiency in Chinese is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proven track record of building collaborative business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence decisions, and drive change
• Experience in project management, including building project plans and presentations
• Ability to think strategically and tactically
• Demonstrated leadership skills
