·Participate in Product development initiatives to support the overall business strategy of MPT Money.

Assist to develop the long, mid, and short-term goals of business development and execute product roadmap

Assist to develop custom-made solution-based proposals to prospects and clients (e.g. Banks, Remittance Companies, Billers, Merchants, Online Marketing Sites, chain stores and etc.) for the implementation of new services.

Create and assists in the developing of product requirements documentation for new product or product changes.

Continually evaluates and research for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, complaints from external and internal.

Does intensive industry, market, and company studies to help conceptualize business development strategies and plans.

Create and assist to go-live activities success and product uptake in collaboration with all internal

Lead the product development team to initiate to support the overall business strategy of MPT Money.

Conceptualize strategies and product design for existing and new services.

Develop Product Roadmap  – develop  long, mid and short terms of business goals.

Conduct human centered UI/IX design research

Prepare proposal on business needs from market and other MPTJO business units.

Review and assessment the implementation proposal from technical stakeholders, potential partners.

Ensure full “productization” of new features and end-to-end business readiness to launch new products

Bachelors in computer science or other relevant diploma with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in product management, preferably in consumer-centric organization.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience working with a product-based organization for financial service is advantageous.
