Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and partners regarding product information, orders, and delivery schedules.
Support the sales team with product-related information and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, reports, and product data.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Follow up on orders, shipments, and delivery updates.
Maintain proper records of sales documents and product information.
Assist in translation or communication between Chinese-speaking partners and the internal team when necessary.

Any Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Must be able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written).
A good command of English is preferred.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
