Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & After-Sales Service Engineer. This role focuses on providing professional after-sales service, solving technical issues, and supporting customers with product knowledge, while also driving sales and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional after-sales service and technical support to customers. Conduct site surveys to identify and resolve product-related issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems efficiently. Prepare, present, and send quotations to clients based on customer requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities. Learn and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of all company products. Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal staff when necessary. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential market areas and execute sales programs. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical solutions. Support sales activities by providing technical advice and recommendations.
To check in detail whether the list in the computer software and the list in the Ledger match the items. To check whether the Data Entry typed by Junior Accountants is correct. To write the necessary Journal Entries to close the monthly accounts. To send monthly financial statements to the Head Office by closing the list on the day specified by the Management. Check daily whether the Credit Limits Receivable Day requirements set by the Head Office are being followed, and if not, notify the Head Office immediately. To check that the ledgers in the garage and showroom are properly maintained. To collect and check monthly ground balance lists to see if the ledger inventory and ground balance list match. To verify whether the assets and liabilities in the financial statement actually exist.
