To write the necessary Journal Entries to close the monthly accounts. To send monthly financial statements to the Head Office by closing the list on the day specified by the Management. Check daily whether the Credit Limits Receivable Day requirements set by the Head Office are being followed, and if not, notify the Head Office immediately. To check that the ledgers in the garage and showroom are properly maintained. To collect and check monthly ground balance lists to see if the ledger inventory and ground balance list match. To verify whether the assets and liabilities in the financial statement actually exist.
