The R&D Executive, aka Real Estate Researcher, provides data-driven insights on property markets, investment opportunities, pricing trends, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making. Prepare feasibility studies and investment analysis reports. Build strong connections and relationships with people from the real estate field. Job Summary An Odoo Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, maintaining, customization, and implementation of advanced Odoo ERP solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand processes, implement custom modules, integrate third-party systems, and ensure smooth operation of Odoo-based solutions. The Odoo Developer also provides technical support, performs system upgrades, and ensures high performance, security, and scalability of the Odoo platform. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective Odoo ERP solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Odoo-based applications aligned with business requirements. Work across the full stack, including backend (Python, Odoo modules, PostgreSQL) and frontend (OWL, JavaScript, XML, CSS). Module architecture: Design & develop complex custom modules from scratch using the Python & Odoo framework. Performance Optimization: Audit existing code to improve speed, scalability, & database efficiency. Migrations: Lead version upgrades & data migration processes between different Odoo versions & different third-party solutions. API Management: Develop & maintain REST/XML - RPC APIs to integrate Odoo with external systems System Design: Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business needs into robust technical specifications.
