Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Order raw materials and spare parts from supplier

• Using ERP system for administration payment (petty cash), supplier information and data recording

• Purchase and maintain office supply inventories

• Maintain accurate records of production data, material usage, and procurement activities.

• Check and report daily, weekly and monthly lists of spare parts and raw materials

• Computerizing of data entry for all production lists

• Handle the payment for the electricity usage of genset

• Support the leave application process of the production staff in the system

• Other instruction assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Any relevant bachelor degrees

• At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or procurement preferred.

• Fast Learner, analytical, proactive, good problem solving skills and has a positive mindset.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

• Good in English verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent in MS office package

• Able to work in Mingaladon Township
