SCM Management

  • Manage SCM (Supply Chain Management) standard processes to optimize and maximize business efficiency.
  • Adjust forecast and inventory targets based on demand changes and market trends.
  • Analyse market demand by segment and model group, considering factors such as marketingplans and competitor launches.
  • Monitor SKU performance and recommend SKU rationalization strategies

Market Data Analysis

  • Analyse market data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Monitor competitormovements and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Track market share and performance metrics to assess brand positioning.
  • Handle data systems,dashboards, and performance analysis

Performance Monitoring & Reporting  

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Assess ROI and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for organizational leadership to support decision-making.

Retail Management and Data Support

  • Monitor and report on ST vs SO coverage % and quantity, sharing updates with the Channel Team.
  • Prepare monthly retail mapping and branding mapping reports to assess market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on EPP/EIP (E Store) initiatives.
  • Conduct Mobile MCS surveys, design questionnaires, and analyse results for projectreports.
  • Support PM Project/Marketing Project by ensuring timely delivery of data-driven insights.
  • Provide sell-through and sell-out data support to cross-functional teams and key account dealers.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Team to prepare SCM Day data and PSI key dealer lists.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in market analysis, competitor monitoring, strategic planning, and retail mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities and developing actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning process within Industry
  • Experience using SAP (preferred) or other ERP statistical software packages
  • Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.
  • Good coordinator and able to work very well under high pressure.
  • Good verbal & written English communication skills.
