Job Summary:
The Production Controller is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support scheduled production runs. This role also handles SAP transactions related to production, material usage, and finished goods stock movement. The position reports directly to the Production Manager.

  • Monitor and ensure the availability of materials based on the production plan.
  • Manage inventory transactions and generate documents (RQS, IS, FGTD, RS, DR) via SAP.
  • Supervise production activities during assigned shifts.
  • Prepare daily production reports to track efficiency, yield, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams on material returns.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and analyze material variances.
  • Oversee finished goods transfer and ensure accurate stock movements.
  • Prepare material aging reports and monitor stock revalidation.
  • Adhere to GMP, safety, and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably, graduated applicants or Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, production control, or logistics.
  • Experience working with MS (Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and supervisory skills.
