We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated employee who is passionate about

• Manage production projects for pharmaceutical and food & beverage production lines.
• Oversee and review batch production records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Translate the master production schedule into daily shift production tasks.
• Monitor process parameters to optimize yield, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
• Perform validation and qualification of production machinery.
• Allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Myanmar FDA regulations, and internal company standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably B.E. or B.Tech (Mechanical) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Myanmar FDA regulations; PIC/S knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
• Willing to work shift assignments (Day Shift & Night Shift).
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) to report to expatriate supervisors.
