Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Understand production processes and manage operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.
  2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, and effectively allocate tasks to team members.
  3. Develop production schedules and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records for Raw Materials, Packaging, and Finished Goods.
  5. Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
  6. Implement process improvements within the production plant and strictly maintain safety protocols.
  7. Maintain production records and compile reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  8. Ensure all employees strictly adhere to the production area's cleanliness, hygiene, and security regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Age 35 years and above
  • Must have completed FDA and HACCP Awareness Training
  • Able to plan and manage preventive maintenance and maintenance for factory machinery and equipment.
