Job Description

● Supervise QA/QC activities across incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections.
● Ensure products meet company standards, customer specifications, and relevant safety and quality requirements.
● Monitor production quality trends, identify defects, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
● Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation for audits and reviews.
● Support root cause analysis, rejection handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Train production and inspection teams on quality procedures, standards, and safe work practices.
● Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Operation teams to resolve quality issues quickly.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
● Minimum 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, preferable plastic industry.
● Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, testing procedures, and defect analysis.
● Ability to supervise teams, communicate clearly, and work effectively with cross-functional departments.
● Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and report preparation.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle responsibilities in a fast-paced factory environment.
