Job Summary
Production Supervisor at Tat Hlann Lu Taw Co.,Ltd in Shwepyithar, Yangon. This role supports daily food production, quality control, team coordination, and smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and schedule targets.
● Coordinate with operators and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
● Monitor hygiene, safety, and food quality standards throughout the production line.
● Check raw materials, equipment readiness, and production records before shifts.
● Report issues, delays, or quality concerns to management promptly.
● Support training, guidance, and performance follow-up for production staff.

Job Requirements

● Entry level candidates are welcome; prior experience in food production is an advantage.
● Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.

● Able to work in Shwepyithar, Yangon and adapt to shift-based operations.
● Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
