Job SummaryJoin Guanghe Industry Myanmar Company in Hmawbi, Yangon as a factory team member in our manufacturing operations. This entry-level role supports daily production, quality, and safety goals in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities● Assist with daily production tasks to meet output targets and schedule requirements.● Operate assigned machinery and tools safely, following standard operating procedures.● Check product quality and report defects, issues, or equipment problems promptly.● Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.● Support supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.

● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior manufacturing experience is an advantage.● Ability to follow instructions, work with a team, and maintain a positive attitude.● Basic awareness of workplace safety, quality control, and production procedures.● Willingness to work in a factory environment and handle routine physical tasks.● Good attendance, reliability, and readiness to learn new skills quickly.● Must be able to work in Hmawbi, Yangon.
Work able to day shift and night shift.
