  • Handle operation requirements, functional issues, system issue, customer complaint related with CRM
  • Support testing process for issues or needs
  • Support some system migration and version upgrade process
  • Develop and implement plans to improve and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to team members and provide the necessary support and guidance.
  • Ability to manage and improve internal and external relationships with relevant departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Project management skills, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -
  • Ability to manage diversity and cross-cultural issues within department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software development.
  • Understanding of billing systems, processes, and operations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills. Proven leadership, collaboration, and financial management skills.
