 Able to perform working plan of entire project and project estimation under the guidance of the Project Manager
 Able to lead and coordinating with project members
 To take responsibility for project members evaluation
 Able to arrange appropriate resource depends on the project situation

Job Requirements

 At least 7 years’ experience in System Development and at least 3 year experience of project management
 System Development Experience in Java Projects (Spring MVC or Struts, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSP, SQL, etc.)
 Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, progress and issues management.
 Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skill.
 Can manage resource of 20-30 members ( Medium sized or multiple small projects)
 Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese(JLPT N3 and above)
