• Lead CI/CD automation and manage on-premise/hybrid infrastructure for reliable deployments.

• Ensure system availability, performance, and security through monitoring and optimization.

• Manage Kubernetes (RKE2), Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Harbor, and database clusters (HA).

• Oversee networking, storage systems, container security, and WSO2 API Gateway integration.

• Translate business needs into product requirements and manage strategic roadmaps.

• Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-team collaboration.

• Set and enforce coding standards, software quality, and security best practices.

• Coordinate UAT, releases, and ensure fintech regulatory and security compliance.

• Drive integration with banking systems and continuously improve digital products based on KPIs and feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.C.Sc) or any additional diploma in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in related technical fields.

• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of Java / Java EE (certification is an advantage).

• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Microservices Architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD deployment processes.

• Knowledge of Docker containerization.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
