We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead our interior decoration and renovation projects from concept to completion. The ideal candiate will be responsible for managing project timelines,coordinating with clients and internal teams,ensuring quality and delivering results aligned with our brand's reputation and Standard's cultural values.

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including timelines,workforce estimation, and material schedules.
• Team Leadership:Coordinate with site supervisors,designers,admin and procurement teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Client Communication:Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site Supervision and Reporting :Conduct regular site visits,monitor progress,and prepare daily/weekly project reports
• Material Coordination:Oversee Procurement and delivery of required materials and ensure timely availability
• Quality Control:Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Budget Management:Monitor Project expenses and stay within the approved budget.
• Problem Solving:Anticipate project-related risks and respond proactively to challenges.
• Project Closure:Oversee final delivery,client feedback, and post-completion follow-up if required.

• Backelor's Degree in Project Management,Civil Engineering,or Interior Design(or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing interior/renovation/fitting-out projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp.
• Strong leadership,decision-making,and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
